Senior Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Initiate sample request as per market requirement.
• Co-ordinate with cross functional teams for acquiring waiver & processing dispatch.
• Initiate AW revision process if market intends change.
• Co-ordinate with multiple division like Studio, Packaging development, CQA & Market for timely approval of artworks.
• Initiating change request (CRF) for artwork revision & ensuring timely approval of BOM creation.
• Need to co-ordinate with teams like CQA, QA, Packaging development, Manufacturing, PPMC, Regulatory, Finance & Logistics to ensure task completion.
• Support on trouble shooting for blocked components & liaise with concerned departments.
• To follow up with teams on critical artwork approvals for management driven projects such as Machine change/ New machine introduction & new artworks for urgent tender products.
• Escalate to Supply Chain Managers in case any delays are observed.
• Processing PO/ PFI for licensed SKUs.
• Sharing MIS report on routine basis with respect to Average turn-around time of sample dispatch, artwork approval time, CRF approval time, creation of new BOM, sales text revisions etc as requested by Manager.

Preferred candidate profile

• Degree holder preferably with science background.
• Candidate with 2-5 years of experience in Artwork management/ Studio or Packaging development preferred.
