Designation - Platform Lead (CPL / Platform Delivery)

Mode of working of WFO - 5 days a week.

Location: Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon

Combination of Solution + Delivery

As the Platform Lead, you will be leading a team that manages end-to-end delivery for CPL campaigns from integrating platforms and publishers to ensuring leads are tracked, validated, and optimized. You will also focus on building and expanding publisher relationships, managing supply, and ensuring campaigns perform profitably.

Its both a leadership and an operational role. You will mentor a team, drive delivery excellence, and shape our supply and publisher strategy. Its a mix of campaign performance, platform operations, and business development.

About the company

Our client is building Asias leading adtech infrastructure, powering growth for global publishers and marketers. Through our strategic partnership, we are scaling Leads, a CPL-first platform enabling brands across BFSI, Auto, Education, CPG and other high-value verticals to acquire quality leads at scale.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Platform Lead to take end-to-end ownership of Leads execution across India and Southeast Asia. This role is for someone who is hands-on, analytical, and publisher-connected - able to design customer journeys, deliver CPL campaigns with precision, and rapidly scale both demand and supply.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales Solutioning

  • Support Sales with solution design: pricing, volume estimation, and funnel build.
  • Translate client KPIs into executable campaign journeys.

Demand Support

  • Work with client teams to identify CPL opportunities in BFSI, Auto, Edu, etc.
  • Track pipeline targets and ensure supply alignment to deliver volumes.

Supply & Publisher Development

  • Onboard publishers for CPL programs (web, app, fintech, creators, DSAs).
  • Activate emerging supply categories: fintech apps, social creators, offline lead digitization.
  • Manage publisher incentives and relationships to secure fast volumes.

Campaign Delivery & Ops

  • Run campaigns on attribution/tracking + LMS + landing page tech.
  • Monitor campaign health, optimize performance, and maintain lead quality.
  • Ensure fraud detection, compliance, and cost efficiency.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Total exp - 6 - 15 years
  • 4-6 years in lead generation / affiliate marketing / CPL campaign delivery.
  • Hands-on with BFSI, Auto, or Edu CPL programs.
  • Publisher relationships across affiliates, aggregators, fintech, or creators.
  • Familiar with campaign tech: attribution platforms, landing page/LMS tools.
  • Analytical, operationally strong, and comfortable working lean.
  • Hungry to grow into a P&L role with exposure to India + SEA markets.
