Job Description

Role - CPL - Enterprise Sales

Location Udyog Vihar, Gurugram (5 days Work from office)

Need enterprise seller who understands affiliate/performance marketing ecosystem

  • Enterprise seller who can pitch from first month
  • Big 6 agency connections and relationships
  • Understanding of CPI/CPL business models
  • Platform selling experience (not just media selling)
  • Boardroom presence for performance heads and CMOs

Alternative talent sources identified:

  1. Cost-per-sale companies and aggregators
  2. Financial services aggregators (Value Research type companies)
  3. Influencer marketing companies doing CPS business
  4. Second/third tier players in affiliate space (not necessarily market leaders)

Combination of Solution + Sales + Enterprise accounts (Large)

About our client

Our client is building Asias leading adtech infrastructure, powering growth for global publishers and marketers. Through our strategic partnership, we are scaling a CPL-first platform enabling brands across BFSI, Auto, Education, CPG and other high-value verticals to acquire quality leads at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Client Development

  • Build a scalable sales motion across enterprise and mid-market brands with a focus on long-term contracts
  • Identify high-growth categories (e.g., BFSI, Auto, EdTech) and build & execute a Named Accounts List (NAL)
  • Engage CXOs, digital heads, and media leads directly or via holdco agency partnerships to drive platform adoption
  • Build customized pitch narratives for each advertiser segment based on pain-points and gaps

Solutioning & Performance Consulting

  • Translate brand objectives into performance frameworks leveraging hosted supply
  • Consult the client on measurement, attribution, pixel/MMP integration, and publisher mix for effective delivery
  • Collaborate with internal supply teams to ensure advertiser-fit inventory across markets.

Market & Competitive Intelligence

  • Ability to analyze competitor offerings, pricing models, and performance
  • Maintain deep insight into advertiser decision journeys, agency dynamics, and media buying behavior.

Key Qualifications

  • Experience:

    5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, marketing technology, or performance marketing solutions.
  • Client Expertise:

    Proven track record in selling to BFSI, Auto, Real Estate, EdTech, or D2C brands
  • Analytical Thinking:

    Strong grasp of funnel metrics, lead qualification, attribution models, and optimization levers.
  • Communication:

    Ability to craft compelling narratives, present to C-suite stakeholders, and influence across functions.
  • Tools Proficiency:

    CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot), analytics dashboards, partner platforms, and attribution tools.
