Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to identify and convert leads, drive occupancy, and build strong relationships with potential clients. You'll be a key player in Hustlehubs growth journey by helping businesses find their ideal workspace. Key Responsibilities: Generate and nurture leads through inbound and outbound sales activities. Conduct site tours and explain Hustlehub's workspace offerings to prospective clients. Understand client needs and recommend suitable workspace solutions. Maintain and update CRM with accurate records of all interactions and sales progress. Collaborate with marketing for lead generation campaigns and promotional activities. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Assist in negotiating terms and closing deals. Stay updated with market trends, competition, and industry developments. Provide excellent customer service to build long-term client relationships. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.


13 years of proven sales experience (experience in co-working or real estate is a plus). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Comfortable with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong presentation and persuasion skills. Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
