Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Business Development Manager to drive the adoption of cutting-edge Computer Vision and AI solutions in manufacturing and allied sectors. The ideal candidate will excel in identifying opportunities, fostering partnerships, and delivering innovative AI-powered solutions to optimize processes, enhance quality, and increase operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Growth and Market Penetration:

Develop and implement business strategies to expand market presence for Computer Vision and AI solutions in manufacturing and allied industries.
Identify high-value opportunities in quality control, predictive maintenance, safety monitoring, and process automation. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.

2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including manufacturers, OEMs, and system integrators.
Work closely with clients to identify pain points and propose AI and Computer Vision-driven solutions tailored to their requirements. Lead client engagements, including pitches, demonstrations, and solution workshops.

3. Solution Expertise and Customization:

Collaborate with engineering and product teams to customize AI solutions such as visual defect detection, inventory tracking, and workplace safety compliance.
Act as a subject matter expert in Computer Vision and AI applications, staying updated on technological advancements and emerging use cases. Advocate for the integration of AI solutions that improve manufacturing productivity and quality.

5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

Track business development KPIs, including lead conversion, client retention, and revenue growth.
Prepare regular performance reports and market insights for senior management. Leverage CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline and customer interactions effectively.

4. Partnerships and Ecosystem Development:

Establish partnerships with technology providers, industrial automation firms, and research organizations.
Drive co-innovation initiatives to develop next-generation AI and Computer Vision solutions for manufacturing. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build brand recognition.

Skills and Competencies

Qualifications
