Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Business Development

• Identify and evaluate growth opportunities in Industrial IoT and AI for manufacturing and facility management.
  
• Develop and execute robust business development strategies aligned with company goals.
  
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform decision-making.
  

2. Client Acquisition & Engagement

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers in target sectors.
  
• Collaborate with clients to understand challenges and design tailored IoT and AI solutions.
  
• Lead presentations, demos, and solution workshops.
  

3. Solution Expertise & Innovation

• Work with internal teams to customize and deploy Industrial IoT and AI solutions (predictive maintenance, energy optimization, asset tracking).
  
• Advocate for adoption of technologies that enhance equipment efficiency, reduce downtime, and improve energy management.
  
• Stay updated on advancements in IIoT, machine learning, and smart building technologies.
  

4. Partnerships & Ecosystem Building

• Establish alliances with technology providers, system integrators, and facility management companies.
  
• Co-develop innovative solutions for manufacturing plants and smart facilities.
  
• Represent Citriot at industry forums, conferences, and events.
  

5. Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Monitor sales performance, market dynamics, and ROI of implemented solutions.
  
• Use CRM tools to track pipeline and align with revenue goals.
  
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
  

Skills & Competencies

• In-depth knowledge of Industrial IoT & AI applications in manufacturing (predictive maintenance, digital twins, smart factories) and facility management (energy efficiency, building automation, security).
  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  
• Ability to translate complex customer needs into effective solutions.
  
• Knowledge of industry regulatory standards and compliance.
  
• Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven sales strategies.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Engineering background preferred.
  
• Proven experience in implementing Industrial IoT solutions for Industry 4.0 initiatives.
  
• Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS), energy monitoring tools, and AI-powered analytics.
  
• Global business exposure with understanding of manufacturing processes and facility operations.
