Role Overview: The role requires you to regularly review open complaints, ensuring timely response and closure in accordance with SLAs. You will be responsible for achieving revenue generation targets and ensuring adherence to preventive maintenance while maintaining high service quality. It is essential to uphold customer i-base hygiene by updating end user data regularly in the system. Your focus will be on driving customer engagement and maintaining high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Key Responsibilities: - Possess knowledge of products such as Room Air Conditioners, Water Purifiers, Air Purifiers, and Air Coolers. - Demonstrate technical knowledge of service offerings and Channel Management. - Manage vendors, business associates, and dealers effectively. - Understand Revenue Generation mechanisms including Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and Spare Parts. - Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills. - Utilize strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to build effective relationships.
