As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for reviewing open complaints to ensure timely closure as per SLAs, achieving revenue generation targets, ensuring preventive maintenance adherence, and auditing service quality regularly. Your role will also involve maintaining customer i-base hygiene, updating end user data in the system, and driving customer engagement to achieve high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
