About the Role

Course Anchor/ Trainer

You’ll play a key role in shaping the learning experience by designing high-quality training modules, conducting interactive live classes, and evaluating student performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver live online sessions on different topics
• Develop and update training modules, slides, and supplementary materials
• Write high-quality educational content tailored to learners’ needs
• Provide regular feedback and academic guidance to students
• Monitor learner progress and engagement
• Collaborate with instructional and academic support teams
• Log daily work and tasks using time-tracking software

Qualifications

• Background in

  English language teaching

  or related disciplines
• Experience in

  education, content development, or training delivery

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong presentation and teaching capabilities
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse learners
• Proficiency in creating engaging training materials
• Certification in English teaching or education (preferred)
• Familiarity and comfort with time-tracking tools
