Your contributions will matter, and you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our mission. **Main Activities And Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives, increase market penetration, and maximize profitability in your country/region. - Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective practices in line with corporate policies and standards. - Ensure compliance with all relevant local regulations and industry standards, maintaining strong relationships with regulatory authorities. - Lead, motivate, and develop the local team, fostering high performance and accountability through regular performance reviews and succession planning. - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive business growth via client acquisition strategies and effective marketing campaigns. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to support business growth and reputation. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to inform business strategy and identify growth opportunities. - Fulfill any other duties and responsibilities that the Company might request, relevant to the role. **Required Skills & Experience:** - Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance/Economics or a related field (MBA considered an advantage). - 7+ years of experience in Sales and Business Development within the FX and CFDs industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior management role. - Deep understanding of financial markets, regulatory environment, and local market dynamics. - Proven track record in strategic planning, sales leadership, and operations management. - Strong leadership and team management capabilities. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Strategic thinking with the ability to drive operational excellence. - Proficiency with CRM software and data analytics tools. - Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing environments.
