Lead Front-End Developer

As a React Developer at INGOT, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining efficient, reliable, and user-friendly React applications. Your role will involve working closely with designers, testers, and other developers to build and enhance features, ensuring high-quality software delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Write and maintain high-quality, efficient, and reusable React code that meets project requirements and technical standards - Analyze technical requirements and adapt code to ensure robustness, scalability, and maintainability - Integrate React with back-end APIs and services for seamless data flow and user experience - Implement best coding practices such as code reviews, linting, and style guides to ensure code quality - Develop and oversee quality assurance procedures to ensure reliable software delivery - Identify areas for improvement in existing projects and propose revisions for enhanced performance - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive development efforts and alignment towards project goals - Document all aspects of the development process for future reference and maintenance - Conduct thorough testing of front-end components to identify and resolve issues, ensuring high performance and usability - Perform any other duties relevant to the role Qualifications Required: - Deep understanding of React, including hooks, context, state management, and performance optimization - Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern front-end architecture - Expertise with Material UI component library and styled-components for UI development - Knowledge of form handling libraries (react-hook-form, yup) and React Router for client-side routing - Experience with testing libraries like Jest, React Testing Library, and state management libraries such as Redux - Familiarity with development tools like ESLint, Prettier, Webpack, RESTful APIs, Websocket, and front-end testing frameworks - Skills in performance optimization, profiling, debugging, and optimizing React applications - Proficiency with Git, Agile/Scrum development environments, collaboration tools like Jira, Github, and ability to lead teams and provide constructive feedback - Strong communication skills to articulate technical decisions to stakeholders with varying technical knowledge Additional Details: - Working hours are from 09:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday, or as per the departmental flextime arrangement - The role is located in Istanbul, Turkiye - A competitive compensation package will be offered to the successful applicant, including great benefits and health insurance from day one,
