Role Overview: As a Lead Frontend Developer at F22 Labs, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable web applications using React, Next.js, and Typescript. You will lead a team of frontend developers, collaborate with product and backend teams, and ensure adherence to UI design best practices, performance optimization, and code quality standards. Your leadership will play a crucial role in shaping the future of web products, enhancing user experience, and pushing the boundaries of innovation. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers, offering technical guidance, code reviews, and ensuring adherence to best practices. - Architect and design scalable web applications leveraging ReactJS, NextJS, and Typescript. - Drive development focusing on performance, optimization, and maintainability. - Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for streamlined development processes. - Oversee GraphQL integration for efficient data management between frontend and backend. - Develop high-quality, responsive UI/UX using Tailwind CSS for exceptional user experiences. - Ensure best practices for testing (Jest, Vitest, Cypress) are followed to enhance test coverage. - Take ownership of state management utilizing Redux or Zustand for consistency and performance. - Optimize web performance by implementing best practices and improving user experience. - Guide the team in implementing SEO best practices for discoverability and performance. - Collaborate with product managers and backend teams to deliver features meeting technical and user requirements. - Troubleshoot and resolve UI/UX issues promptly. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and staying updated on frontend technologies. Qualifications and Requirements: - 5+ years of experience with ReactJS, NextJS, and Typescript, demonstrating leadership in frontend projects. - Strong understanding of DOM manipulation and building interactive user interfaces. - Expertise in module bundlers like Webpack or Vite for optimizing build processes. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, and GraphQL integration. - Proficiency in Tailwind CSS, unit testing, end-to-end testing, and state management frameworks. - Knowledge of performance optimization, SEO principles, and effective communication skills.
