As a Lead Frontend Developer at F22 Labs, your primary responsibility is to design, build, and maintain scalable web applications using React, Next.js, and Typescript. You will lead a talented team of frontend developers, collaborate with product and backend teams, and ensure adherence to best practices in UI design, performance optimization, and code quality. Your leadership will play a crucial role in shaping the future of web products, enhancing user experience, and pushing the boundaries of innovation. - Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers, offering technical guidance, code reviews, and enforcing best practices. - Design and architect scalable, high-performance web applications utilizing ReactJS, NextJS, and Typescript. - Drive development processes with a focus on performance, optimization, and maintainability. - Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions to streamline the development lifecycle. - Oversee the integration of GraphQL for efficient data management between frontend and backend systems. - Develop high-quality, responsive UI/UX using Tailwind CSS to deliver exceptional user experiences. - Ensure the team follows testing best practices (Jest, Vitest, Cypress) and enhances test coverage continuously. - Take ownership of state management using tools like Redux or Zustand to maintain consistency and performance. - Optimize web performance by implementing best practices, improving load times, and enhancing user experience. - Guide the team in implementing SEO best practices for discoverability and performance. - Collaborate closely with product managers and backend teams to deliver features meeting technical and user requirements. - Troubleshoot and resolve UI/UX issues efficiently. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and staying updated with frontend technologies. Qualifications and Requirements: - 5+ years of experience with ReactJS, NextJS, and Typescript, demonstrating leadership in frontend projects. - Strong understanding of DOM manipulation and best practices for interactive user interfaces. - Expertise in module bundlers like Webpack or Vite for optimizing the build process. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines, particularly GitHub Actions for automated deployments. - Extensive experience with GraphQL integration in frontend applications. - Proficiency in Tailwind CSS for building responsive web applications. - Solid experience in unit testing (Jest, Vitest) and end-to-end testing (Cypress). - Advanced knowledge of state management frameworks such as Redux or Zustand. - Deep understanding of performance optimization techniques in real-world scenarios. - Familiarity with SEO principles and their implementation in frontend projects. - Proven leadership and mentorship skills to guide teams effectively. - Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.,
