Country Head- Tech Site Leader -(Banking / Retail)

As a tech leader at a US-based consumer company setting up GCC from scratch, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Effectively managing large, diverse teams and scaling headcount within a fast-paced organization. - Demonstrating strong financial acumen, including managing a P&L and budgets. - Utilizing extensive experience in the technology sector, with a focus on banking, retail, or consumer finance software, cloud-native solutions, and related domains. - Exhibiting exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate teams. - Driving results through data-driven decisions and adapting to evolving business landscapes. - Leading successful talent acquisition and development, while establishing a strong talent pipeline. - Engaging effectively with a wide range of stakeholders through excellent communication skills.
