Job Title: Counter Salesperson - Jewelry Shop Reports to: Counter sales Executive Location: Manjari Job Type: Full-time About Us: We are a reputable jewelry shop seeking a highly skilled and sales-driven Counter Salesperson to join our team. As a Counter Salesperson, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to inquiries, and provide personalized service to meet their needs and preferences. 2. Meet Sales Targets: Achieve monthly sales targets by actively promoting products, identifying sales opportunities, and closing deals. 3. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of jewelry products, including features, benefits, and pricing. 4. Visual Merchandising: Assist with visual merchandising, including displaying products, maintaining store appearance, and creating an inviting shopping environment. 5. Inventory Management: Assist with receiving, stocking, and maintaining inventory levels. 6. Cash Handling: Process sales transactions, handle cash, credit card transactions, and operate a point-of-sale system. 7. Maintain Store Appearance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained, including the sales floor, stockroom, and displays. Requirements: 1. 0-6 Month of sales experience: Preferably in a retail or jewelry sales environment. 2. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management. 3. Basic Math Skills: Ability to accurately process transactions, handle cash, and perform basic math calculations. 4. Product Knowledge: Familiarity with jewelry products, including types, styles, and materials. 5. Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Comfortable working in a busy retail environment with multiple customers and priorities. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Jewelry industry experience: Experience working in the jewelry industry, either in sales or a related field. 2. Sales training or certification: Completion of sales training programs or certification in sales or a related field. 3.
