Job Title: Counter Salesperson Location: Creamy Crust Cake Shop, Wakad Employment Type: Full-time Job Responsibilities: Greet customers politely and provide excellent customer service Handle counter sales of cakes, pastries, desserts, and bakery items Take customer orders (walk-in, phone, and online pickup orders) Pack cakes and bakery products carefully and hygienically Handle billing, cash, UPI, and card payments accurately Maintain cleanliness of the counter and display area Manage product display and ensure fresh stock is showcased Coordinate with kitchen staff for order preparation and customization Handle basic customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 10th pass (12th preferred) Previous experience in bakery, cake shop, or retail sales preferred Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi (English basic preferred) Friendly attitude with customer-handling skills Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems is an advantage Willingness to work weekends and festival rush hours Working Hours: 1PM to 11PM
