Key Responsibilities 1. Driving & TransportSafely drive company vehicles (Car / Tempo / Delivery Van) for: Material / raw material / packaging transport between kitchens & outlets Food delivery to corporate clients, hotels, events, catering sites Bank, office work, vendor visits and other official duties Ensure timely reporting as per duty schedule – no delay without information. Follow assigned routes and time schedules; update location to seniors when needed. 2. Vehicle Care & MaintenanceDaily vehicle check: fuel, oil, water, tyre air, lights, indicators, horn, brakes, wipers etc. Maintain vehicle cleanliness (inside & outside) at all times. Keep track of service schedule, PUC, insurance, RTO documents and inform management in advance. Immediately report any breakdown, damage, accident or repair requirement to the Admin / Manager. 3. Safety, Compliance & DocumentationAlways carry valid driving licence, RC, insurance, PUC and required documents in the vehicle. Strictly follow traffic rules, speed limits and safety norms – seat belt, indicators, no rash driving. No mobile usage while driving (except hands-free / as per law and only if urgent). Record trip details – km reading, fuel slips, toll receipts and submit them regularly. 4. Loading, Unloading & Delivery HandlingAssist in loading & unloading of goods, food parcels, equipment, gas cylinders, etc., carefully. Ensure food and material is transported safely, hygienically and without damage / spillage. Collect receipts, challans, GR, gate passes, PODs and hand them over to office daily. 5. Behaviour & Company DisciplineMaintain polite and professional behaviour with staff, clients, security and vendors. Follow all company rules, timings, dress code and discipline policies of Paksha Kitchen. Maintain confidentiality – no sharing of company information, rates, routes, client details etc. Be available for early morning / late night duty if required for operations or catering events (with prior notice and as per policy). Candidate Profile – Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Basic schooling (10th pass preferred, but not compulsory if experienced). Licence: Valid LMV / commercial driving licence with clean record. Experience: 3+ years experience as a driver (company / hotel / catering / logistics preferred). Experience driving in Pune city & nearby areas is a strong advantage. Skills & Attributes: Safe, patient and non-aggressive driving style. Punctual, reliable, honest and disciplined. Basic understanding of Google Maps / navigation (or willingness to learn). Physically fit for loading/unloading and long working hours when required. Working Conditions & Expectations 6-7 days working (weekly off as per company schedule). Duty hours as per Paksha Kitchen policy (overtime as per need and rules). Must be ready for early morning, late night or outstation duty occasionally, when operations require. Company may assign any company vehicle as per requirement (car/van/tempo).
Key Responsibilities1. Daily Accounting & BookkeepingMaintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime (or company ERP). Record sales, purchase, journal, contra and payment/receipt vouchers accurately. Daily reconciliation of: Cash, bank and UPI collections Zomato / Swiggy / other aggregators statements Outlet / cloud kitchen sales summaries and POS reports Maintain petty cash books, staff advances and expense vouchers with full supporting. 2. Vendor, Purchase & Expense ManagementRecord all purchase bills (raw material, packaging, rentals, utilities, repairs etc.). Match purchase bills with GRN / challan / purchase orders. Prepare vendor reconciliation and coordinate for payment schedules. Ensure all expenses are properly authorized and within budget / policy. 3. Taxation & Compliance (with external CA / consultants)Assist in GST working – sales/purchase register, input tax credit, outward liability. Support in GST returns, TDS workings and other statutory compliances as required. Ensure all invoices and records comply with GST rules & documentation requirements. Maintain proper files for audit, notices and statutory queries. 4. Banking & ReconciliationPrepare and update bank reconciliation statements for all accounts. Track EMIs, interest, bank charges, OD limits if any. Coordinate with banks for queries, cheque issues, NEFT/RTGS, refunds, chargebacks etc. 5. Inventory, Costing & MISWork with production / store team to reconcile stock-in, stock-out and wastage. Support in food cost analysis, recipe costing, outlet cost sheets and variance reports. Prepare daily / weekly / monthly MIS: Sales summary by brand / outlet Major expenses & cost heads Profitability snapshots as guided by management. 6. Process, Control & SupportImplement and follow internal controls for vouchers, approvals and documentation. Support management in preparing budgets, projections and cash flow planning. Coordinate with auditors, consultants and internal departments (HR, operations, purchase). Maintain confidentiality of all financial data and company information. Candidate Profile – Qualifications & SkillsEducation: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent. Experience: 2–5 years experience in Accounts. Experience in FMCG / Food industry / Restaurants / Cloud kitchen / Hospitality will be an advantage. Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime (mandatory). Good in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, basic formulas) and Google Sheets. Understanding of GST, TDS, basic Indian tax rules. Soft Skills: High level of integrity, honesty and discipline. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-outlet environment. Good communication and coordination with operations and management. Working Style & ExpectationsFull-time on-site role with 6 days working (as per company policy). Willingness to visit outlets, kitchens, vendors, banks when required. Ready to grow with the company and handle larger multi-city operations in future.
We are hiring CDP / DCDP / Commis / Kitchen Helpers for multiple sections: Indian, South Indian, Bakery, Dessert, Halwai, Chaat, Cloud Kitchen, Sweet Shop, Fast food, Nutrition Meals & Biryani. Candidates should have understanding of food technology, menu engineering and basic food costing. Must be strong in taste balance, consistency, portion control and plate presentation. Responsible to follow standard recipes / SOPs and avoid wastage in daily production. Ensure strict quality control in every batch – taste, texture, aroma and hygiene. Knowledge of FSSAI hygiene norms, FIFO, labeling and storage will be preferred. Work closely with store, production, packing and dispatch teams for smooth operations. Support in new dish trials, menu innovation and nutrition-focused preparations when required. Experience in restaurants / hotels / cloud kitchens / sweets & bakery / chaat will be an added advantage.
