We are hiring CDP / DCDP / Commis / Kitchen Helpers for multiple sections: Indian, South Indian, Bakery, Dessert, Halwai, Chaat, Cloud Kitchen, Sweet Shop, Fast food, Nutrition Meals & Biryani. Candidates should have understanding of food technology, menu engineering and basic food costing. Must be strong in taste balance, consistency, portion control and plate presentation. Responsible to follow standard recipes / SOPs and avoid wastage in daily production. Ensure strict quality control in every batch – taste, texture, aroma and hygiene. Knowledge of FSSAI hygiene norms, FIFO, labeling and storage will be preferred. Work closely with store, production, packing and dispatch teams for smooth operations. Support in new dish trials, menu innovation and nutrition-focused preparations when required. Experience in restaurants / hotels / cloud kitchens / sweets & bakery / chaat will be an added advantage. We are looking for disciplined, honest, non-addicted and hard-working team players. Ready to work in shifts, festival rush and bulk catering orders as per company requirement.
