Full Time
Greet and assist customers with product selection and recommendations. Handle in-store sales transactions — billing, cash/card payments, and receipts. Maintain product displays, counter cleanliness, and stock arrangement. Provide information on offers, new arrivals, and promotions. Ensure product freshness and quality before serving or packing. Manage customer queries, complaints, and feedback politely and professionally. Keep accurate daily sales records and report to the store manager. Support in packaging, labeling, and inventory checks when required.
