Job Title : Counter sales

Job Location : Ariamangalam , Trichy

Experience : Fresher /Experienced

Salary : As per Company Standard

Roles and Responsiblities :

Customer Interaction:
Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in product selection.
Address customer inquiries about products, pricing, and availability.
Sales and Transactions:
Promote and sell products to meet or exceed sales targets.
Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash, credit card, or digital payment methods.
Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on the features, benefits, and specifications of products.
Provide accurate information to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
Inventory Management:
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the store manager for replenishment.
Assist in product display, shelving, and arrangement to attract customers.
Customer Service:
Handle customer complaints or returns professionally and escalate issues as needed.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Hygiene and Maintenance:
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming counter and display area.
Ensure proper upkeep of promotional materials and product displays.
