Job Description

Counter Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers at the retail counter with their purchases.
Provide detailed product information and suggest suitable items based on customer preferences.
Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Handle billing, packaging, and basic inventory management at the counter.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales counter.
Address customer queries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.

Required Skills:

Experience in
retail counter sales
, preferably in
jewelry
.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with a pleasant, approachable, and helpful attitude.
Basic knowledge of billing and inventory handling.

Preferred:

Candidates with
prior jewelry sales experience
will be given preference.
