Parampara Select Dry Fruits

We are looking for a smart and customer-friendly Counter Sales Executive who can efficiently handle retail shop sales of dry fruits while also managing basic record-keeping and data entry tasks. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic knowledge of MS Excel and/or accounting, and the ability to manage shop operations smoothly. Key Responsibilities • Greet and assist customers visiting the shop. • Explain product details, suggest options, and promote sales of dry fruits. • Generate bills and handle cash/card/UPI transactions. • Maintain an accurate daily sales record. • Update and maintain data in MS Excel or basic accounting software. • Keep track of stock levels and inform management when supplies are low. • Ensure shop cleanliness, proper display arrangement, and customer comfort. • Handle customer queries and resolve their concerns politely. • Support in receiving and arranging new stock. Requirements • Minimum qualification: 12th pass. • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and/or accounting for data entry and record keeping. • Good communication skills in [relevant local language and/or Hindi/English]. • Pleasant personality and ability to handle customers politely. • Prior experience in retail sales is preferred but not mandatory. • Honest, punctual, and trustworthy.
