About the Role

Counter Sales Executives

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers in selecting jewellery products at the counter.
Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable products.
Maintain thorough knowledge of products, promotions, and ongoing offers.
Ensure the counter is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
Assist in billing procedures while following company protocols.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum education:
12th pass
.
Fluent in
English
and
local language
.
Experience in jewellery sales
is preferred; experience in fashion retail is also considered.
Well-groomed with a pleasant personality and excellent interpersonal skills.
