About the Role

We are looking for a confident, well-groomed, and customer-focused Counter Sales Executive to represent the prestigious RADO luxury watch brand. The role involves delivering a premium customer experience, achieving sales targets, and maintaining the brand’s high standards at the boutique.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers warmly and provide a luxury boutique experience
  • Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable RADO timepieces
  • Explain product features, craftsmanship, pricing, and warranties clearly
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets consistently
  • Handle billing, POS operations, and payment processing accurately
  • Maintain proper display, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards
  • Manage stock handling, inward–outward entries, and inventory coordination
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service requests
  • Build long-term customer relationships and maintain client records
  • Follow company SOPs, grooming standards, and brand guidelines strictly

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills (English mandatory; local language preferred)
  • Pleasing personality with professional grooming and presentation
  • Strong customer-handling and persuasion skills
  • Basic computer knowledge and POS system familiarity
  • Ability to work retail hours, weekends, and holidays
  • Prior experience in luxury retail, watches, jewelry, or premium brands is preferred
  • Freshers with strong communication skills and passion for luxury sales may also apply
