Sales Executive – Eyewear

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive (Eyewear) to join our retail team. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, and promoting our premium eyewear collections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting eyewear products based on their style, comfort, and vision needs.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build strong product knowledge to educate customers about frames, lenses, and related accessories.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and handle client queries or concerns effectively.
• Ensure the visual merchandising and display standards of eyewear counters are maintained.
• Generate repeat business by building strong customer relationships.
• Support promotional campaigns and in-store events.

Requirements:

• Graduate / HSC with relevant sales experience (retail experience preferred).
• Prior experience in eyewear / optical retail / luxury retail will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Customer service-oriented, with a professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Basic computer knowledge for billing and reporting.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
