Job Title: Counter Sales Executive Location: Delhi NCR Industry: Jewellery / Fashion Retail Salary: As per market standards + Incentives (Based on experience & last drawn salary) Experience: Minimum 2+ years in fashion retail or jewellery sales (preferred) Language: Fluent in English & local language (mandatory) Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass About the Role We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Counter Sales Executives for a reputed jewellery retail brand in Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and proven experience in retail salespreferably in the jewellery or fashion industry. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers in selecting jewellery products at the counter. Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable products. Maintain thorough knowledge of products, promotions, and ongoing offers. Ensure the counter is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times. Handle customer queries and complaints professionally. Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets. Assist in billing procedures while following company protocols. Candidate Requirements Minimum education: 12th pass . Fluent in English and local language . Experience in jewellery sales is preferred; experience in fashion retail is also considered.
