Job Description

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work quickly and efficiently, even under pressure. Basic math skills for handling money. Strong attention to detail and trustworthiness. Knowledge of products or menus (or ability to learn quickly).
Customer Interaction: Greet customers, answer questions, provide product/menu advice, take orders, and handle complaints. Transaction Management: Operate Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, handle cash and digital payments, issue receipts, and manage cash drawers. Order Fulfillment: Prepare and serve food/drinks, package takeaway orders, and communicate with kitchen staff. Merchandising & Stock: Restock counters, organize products, and maintain appealing displays. Cleanliness & Hygiene: Keep the counter, serving areas, and equipment clean, adhering to health and safety standards (especially in food service).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,975.60 - ₹18,000.08 per month
