Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gwalior for a Counselor. The Counselor will guide students in selecting the appropriate courses and programs tailored to their needs. Daily responsibilities include conducting student consultations, providing career guidance, helping with application processes, and delivering presentations about our programs. Qualifications Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills Experience in student counseling, career guidance, or related fields Ability to understand and address student needs and concerns Organizational and time-management skills Knowledge of various competitive exams and educational pathways is a plus Proficient in using computer applications for maintaining student records and communication Show more Show less
