This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Counselor at SNV Placements, located in Udaipur with some work-from-home flexibility. The Counselor will be responsible for providing career guidance and support to job seekers, conducting assessments to understand their skills and preferences, and matching them with suitable job opportunities. The Counselor will also collaborate with hiring organizations to understand their needs and facilitate the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience for both job seekers and employers.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
