Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Counselor located in Kharar. The Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students, assisting them in making educational and career decisions, and addressing their individual needs and concerns. Day-to-day tasks include conducting individual and group counseling sessions, helping students develop academic and career plans, and connecting them with necessary resources and opportunities. The Counselor will work closely with other staff members to promote student development and well-being.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of academic and career counseling processes
• Experience in conducting individual and group counseling sessions
• Empathy, active listening, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information
• Proficiency in using computer applications and online platforms
• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field preferred
• Experience in the education sector is a plus
