Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Counselor located in Chennai. The Counselor will be responsible for providing personalized career counseling to students, guiding them through university applications, assisting with visa processes, and preparing students for their transition abroad. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with students to understand their academic goals, offering strategic advice on university selection, helping with documentation and deadlines, and ensuring a smooth, hassle-free experience throughout the admission process.

Qualifications

• Experience in Career Counseling and providing tailored academic guidance
• Strong knowledge of university application processes, including documentation and deadlines
• Proficiency in Visa Assistance and pre-departure preparation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field
• Experience in international education or admissions consulting is a plus
• Good command of English and local language(s)
