About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Counsellor to join our team in Siliguri. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in student counselling or educational sales and a passion for guiding students toward their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with students and parents to understand their learning needs and career aspirations.
• Counsel students on various courses and programs offered by PhysicsWallah.
• Guide students through the enrollment process and help them select suitable learning plans.
• Maintain follow-ups with potential leads and ensure timely conversions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and student support.
• Achieve weekly and monthly counseling and sales targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 1–2 years of experience in counselling, tele-counselling, or inside sales (preferably in EdTech or education sector).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand student needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali preferred.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
