Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Counselor. The Counselor will provide personalized guidance to students and young professionals, assist with career exploration and educational guidance, and contribute to personal development and skill mapping efforts. Day-to-day tasks include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, developing individualized plans, and offering expert mentorship. The Counselor will also help individuals identify and pursue their passions while making informed decisions about their futures. Qualifications Strong counseling and mentorship skills Experience with career exploration and educational guidance processes Ability to develop personalized plans for individuals Understanding of personal development and skill mapping tools and techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and remotely Experience with tech-driven platforms is a plus Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, or related field
