Counselor

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Wellness Counselor (Sales) to join our team at Gleuhr Wellness Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding clients’ wellness needs, providing suitable product or service recommendations, and achieving monthly sales targets through effective consultation and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct consultations with clients to understand their health and wellness goals.
• Recommend appropriate wellness programs, products, or services to meet client needs.
• Convert inquiries into sales through effective communication and personalized counseling.
• Maintain and update client records in the CRM system.
• Follow up with leads and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on company products and sales strategies.

Training Period:

• 5–7 days of product and sales training (mandatory).
• Performance evaluation post-training before confirmation.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
• Experience: 0–2 years in sales, counseling, or wellness industry (freshers can apply).
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Good presentation and client-handling skills.
• Ability to work under targets and maintain a positive attitude.

Compensation:

• Competitive salary + attractive incentives based on performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
