Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Counselor. The Counselor will provide personalized guidance to students and young professionals, assist with career exploration and educational guidance, and contribute to personal development and skill mapping efforts. Day-to-day tasks include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, developing individualized plans, and offering expert mentorship. The Counselor will also help individuals identify and pursue their passions while making informed decisions about their futures.

Qualifications

• Strong counseling and mentorship skills
• Experience with career exploration and educational guidance processes
• Ability to develop personalized plans for individuals
• Understanding of personal development and skill mapping tools and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience with tech-driven platforms is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, or related field
