Role Description This full-time role, based onsite in Indore, is designed for a Counselor who will work closely with students to guide them through the study abroad process. Responsibilities include providing personalized counseling sessions, assisting in course and university selection, guiding students in preparing and submitting applications, and offering support in securing scholarships, financial aid, and education loans. The Counselor will also assist with visa processing, pre-departure guidance, and additional services like travel arrangements and forex assistance. Qualifications Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills to effectively engage with students and understand their needs. Proficiency in research, analytical capabilities, and attention to detail for recommending the best academic programs and universities. Organizational and time management expertise to handle multiple applications and ensure guided timelines for each student. Knowledge of international education systems, visa application processes, scholarships, and financial aid options. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills for addressing student concerns and challenges. Proficiency in computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and online application systems. Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Education, or a related field; experience in educational consulting or counseling is a plus.
