About the Role
We are looking for a counselor who can genuinely connect with students and parents, understand their needs, and guide them toward the right course. Someone who carries good energy, has solid knowledge of the education space, and keeps a positive attitude while handling queries.What You’ll DoTalk to students and parents to understand what they are looking for.Explain courses, pricing, schedules, and help them choose the best option.Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions.Handle calls, walk-ins, and WhatsApp inquiries professionally.Keep proper records of leads and update the CRM regularly.Build trust and maintain a healthy relationship with students and families.Work with the team during admission drives, events, and marketing activities.Share feedback with management about student concerns and market trends.What We Expect From YouStrong convincing skills and the ability to explain things clearly.A positive and energetic mindset.Ability to understand the emotions and expectations of both students and parents.Good communication and listening skills.Confidence in handling targets and working in a fast-paced environment.Basic understanding of how the Ed-Tech industry works.---EligibilityGraduate or Postgraduate.At least 2 years of experience in Ed-Tech counseling or admissions.Proven record of achieving targets.What You’ll GetGood salary along with performance-based incentives.Supportive team and growth opportunities.A chance to work closely with students and help shape their future.
