Key Responsibilities

• AI Tool Development:

  Design and develop AI-driven tools, bots, and agents to streamline and enhance content creation for Test Prep and academic programs.

• Prompt Engineering R&D:

  Conduct continuous research and experimentation to build effective AI prompts tailored for diverse subjects and examinations.

• Content Optimization:

  Utilize AI to improve content quality, consistency, and efficiency while reducing turnaround time and costs.

• Team Enablement:

  Train and guide educators, researchers, and content teams on integrating AI tools effectively into their workflows.

• Project Leadership:

  Manage AI-driven content projects from ideation to implementation, ensuring alignment with academic goals and brand standards.

• Cross-functional Collaboration:

  Work closely with academic, tech, and product teams to deploy AI innovations that enhance learning outcomes.

• Process Automation:

  Leverage AI for everyday tasks and operational improvements to boost team productivity and organizational efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education:

  Bachelor’s degree in

  Computer Engineering, AI, Data Science, or related fields

  from a

  Tier 1 institute

  (IITs, NITs, IIITs, etc.).

• Preferred Certifications:

  AI/ML, Prompt Engineering, or Generative AI courses/certifications are an added advantage.

• Experience:

• Hands-on experience using

  AI tools for content creation

  or educational applications.
• Proven expertise in

  project management

  and

  cross-functional coordination

  .
• Demonstrated ability to train teams and implement measurable process improvements.

• Skillset:

  Strong understanding of

  Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
