Job Description

Roles and Responsibility:

Provide individual and group counseling sessions to students on academic and personal issues.
Develop and implement effective counseling strategies to improve student outcomes.
Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to identify and support students who may be struggling.
Conduct workshops and training sessions on topics such as time management, study skills, and career development.
Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and student interactions.
Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in counseling.

Job Requirements:

Master's degree in Education or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in counseling or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with educational systems and policies.
