Job Description

Roles and Responsibility:

Provide expert guidance and support to students on academic and personal matters.
Develop and implement effective counseling strategies to promote student well-being.
Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to identify and address student needs.

Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress.

Job Requirements

Master's degree in Education or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in counseling or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience working in an educational setting is preferred.
