Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Career Counselor based in Chandigarh. The Career Counselor will be responsible for providing individualized career counseling and development services to students. Daily tasks include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, assisting with career planning and management, and offering guidance on educational programs and opportunities. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends to better advise students.

Qualifications

• Career Counseling and Student Counseling skills
• Experience in Career Development and Career Management
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the education or consultancy industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or a related field
