Counselor

Student/Client Counseling:

• Provide one-on-one or group counseling sessions to guide individuals in academic, career, personal, or psychological matters based on their specific needs.

Assessment & Evaluation:

• Conduct assessments using standardized tools or interviews to evaluate clients interests, skills, personality, or emotional well-being.

Career & Academic Guidance:

• Assist students or clients in making informed decisions regarding education, training, and career paths aligned with their strengths and goals.

Mental Health Support:

• Identify signs of stress, anxiety, or emotional distress and provide appropriate support or referrals to mental health professionals when needed.

Record Maintenance:

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions, progress, and action plans as per organizational standards.

Workshops & Seminars:

• Organize and conduct awareness programs, skill development sessions, or career guidance workshops for students or client groups.

Collaboration:

• Coordinate with teachers, parents, HR, or healthcare professionals as needed to ensure a supportive environment for the client's development.

Ethical Practice:

Adhere to professional and ethical standards of counseling, maintaining confidentiality and non-judgmental conduct at all times.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• 5 to 10 years of counseling experience in an academic, clinical, or corporate setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathetic approach and strong problem-solving abilities.
