Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Provide
expert counselling
to students on visa processes for countries including the UK, Australia & New Zealand etc.
Assist in preparing visa documentation
, including application forms, financials, SOPs, and other required documents.
Monitor and manage the
complete visa application process
from initiation to final approval.
Stay
updated on the latest visa rules, regulations, and policies
for various countries and provide accurate guidance accordingly.
Conduct
mock interviews
to prepare students for visa interviews and boost their confidence.
Maintain professional and supportive relationships
with students, ensuring clear communication and timely updates throughout the process.
Coordinate with
internal branches and team members
to ensure consistency and accuracy in visa guidance.
Handle queries via phone, email, or in-person, offering prompt and courteous assistance.

Preferred candidate profile:

Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferred: education, counselling, international relations, or similar).
Prior experience as a
Visa Counsellor or in the overseas education industry
is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
Up-to-date knowledge of international student visa policies and procedures.
