Job Summary
The Counsellor will be responsible for guiding prospective students regarding various paramedical courses, assisting them through the admission process, and providing ongoing academic and emotional support during their tenure at the institute. The role also involves liaising with parents, managing leads, and ensuring smooth communication between students and the administration.

Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field (preferred).
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in counselling, preferably in an educational or healthcare institution.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
Empathetic, patient, and approachable demeanor.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
Work Schedule:
Full-time, Monday to Saturday (as per institute timings
