Counsellor

As an Immigration Counsellor at H&S Immigration, your role will involve guiding clients through the process of study visas, visitor visas, and permanent residency applications. You will be responsible for assessing client profiles, suggesting suitable countries/programs, and providing end-to-end support to ensure a smooth immigration process. Key Responsibilities: - Counsel students and clients about immigration and study abroad options (e.g., Canada, UK, Australia, etc.). - Assess clients" eligibility based on their academic and financial background. - Guide applicants on admission and visa processes. - Assist in preparing documentation and application files. - Stay updated on immigration rules and program changes. - Follow up with leads and maintain records of client interactions. - Coordinate with admission officers and filing teams for smooth processing. - Build trust with clients and offer honest, professional advice. Required Qualifications: - Graduation in any stream (preferred: counseling, education, or related field). - 3 years of experience in the immigration field and 2 years in visa counseling. - Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi. - Strong interpersonal and presentation skills. - Knowledge of international education systems and visa requirements. - Basic computer and documentation skills.
