• Centre Management & Operations:

• Oversee the daily functioning of the centre, ensuring smooth operations.
  
• Maintain a safe, hygienic, and child-friendly learning environment.
  
• Manage administrative tasks, including fee collection, documentation, and record-keeping.
  

• Staff Leadership & Training:

• Lead, guide, and mentor teachers and support staff.
  
• Conduct regular training and workshops for professional development.
  
• Allocate tasks and ensure adherence to centre policies and standards.
  

• Curriculum Implementation:

• Ensure proper execution of EuroKids curriculum and activity plans.
  
• Monitor classroom practices and provide support to educators.
  
• Evaluate and enhance teaching methods to improve learning outcomes.
  

• Parent Engagement:

• Build strong relationships with parents through effective communication.
  
• Address concerns, feedback, and queries professionally.
  
• Organize parent-teacher meetings and events to encourage involvement.
