Key Responsibilities: Handling customer inquiries and understanding their requirements for shifting domestic household goods and cars. Arranging surveys and providing quotations to customers on time. ¢ Coordinating the packing and delivery process to ensure smooth execution. ¢ Maintaining regular communication with customers and resolving any issues. Key Result Areas (KRA): ¢ Ensure customer satisfaction and on-time service. ¢ Maintain accuracy in inquiries, surveys, and quotations. ¢ Coordinate with the operation team before packing and delivery. ¢ Resolve customer complaints and maintain records. ¢ Achieve sales and process-related targets. Required Skills & Qualifications: ¢ Proficiency in English ,Hindi, Marathi, and Gujarati (written and spoken). ¢ Experience with MS Excel, MS Office, and email communication. ¢ Graduation (Preference for English, Marathi/Gujarati speakers). ¢ Candidates from Western line will be given preference. ¢ Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
