1.Handle product costing & pricing (preferably NVH & Injection Parts) and respond to RFQs with competitive quotes.
2.Maintain and update BOMs; analyze ECNs and reflect cost changes.
3.Monitor unit cost variances and implement cost standards for materials.
5.Reconcile raw materials, WIP, and finished goods stock.
6.Maintain and improve cost accounting systems and ledgers.
7.Conduct lifecycle cost-benefit analysis and provide profitability insights.
8.Estimate new product costs and analyze production costs, recommending improvements.
9.Deliver regular management reports on pricing, cost trends, and profitability.
