Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage product costing processes, including zero-base costing, transfer pricing, and value engineering.
Conduct cost analyses using various methods such as SAP, Should Costing, Value Analysis, and Cost Variation.
Develop and maintain accurate cost structures for products through effective sourcing strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost reduction and optimize production costs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to costing.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-10 years of experience in Cost Management or a related field.
B.Tech/B.E. degree+ICWA (CMA) qualification Mandatory.
Strong understanding of Costing principles, including Product Costing, Should Costing, Target Costing, and Value Engineering.
Proficiency in SAP systems is essential; knowledge of other relevant software tools like ZBC would be an added advantage.
