· Job Title: Costing & Estimation Manager (Technical) Experience: 4–9 Years Location: [B B D Bagh, Opposite Marshall House] Industry: IT / System Integration

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Costing s* Estimation Professional* with detailed knowledge in Server Administration, System Integration, LAN solutions, Hardware and Networking products to closely work with the Director in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

· To read the RFP document (request for proposal), understand the technical requirements and propose suitable solutions.

· To work on LAN checklist of essential components and steps including customizing Server from OEMs like HP, CISCO etc.

· Storage Optimization: Using SSDs or fast SAN storage

· Prepare costing and estimation (including technical calculation)

· Coordinate with internal team members for solution design in networking systems and CCTV projects.

· Pricing from OEMs (e.g., HP, Cisco), negotiates discounts, and validates availability of IT hardware.

· Supports technical teams with BOM preparation and basic configuration inputs for server and LAN systems.

· Assists in costing proposals for infrastructure projects, including LAN deployments.

· Manages procurement documentation, GEM portal operations, delivery follow-ups, and compliance with client specifications.

Required Skills s Qualifications

· 4–9 years of experience in system integration and network solutions.

· Good communication and documentation skills.

· Ability to work in a* fast-paced growing* environment with full commitment.

· Technical qualification in IT, Electronics, or System Integration related field.

· Excellent in business communication in written English

· Experience in government/defense procurement processes. preferred Compensation

· Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month.

· Depends on qualification, experience, interview and trial period performance
